Who is responsible for your data

OneFunStudios is run by Tobias Andersson, a sole trader in Gislaved, Sweden. He is the data controller. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• What you send yourself: when you email us or use the form on the contact page we receive your name, email address, possibly a phone number and your message. The form only opens your own email program with a ready-made email. Nothing reaches us until you press send.
• Technical logs at our hosting provider Cloudflare (for example IP address and time of the visit). They are used to keep the site working and secure.

What we do not do

• No cookies from us, no visitor statistics, no ad trackers and no embedded services from other companies. The fonts are served from our own domain.
• We do not sell or share your details.

Why and for how long

We use your details to answer your question and, if you become a customer, to deliver and invoice. The basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, for customers, the contract. Emails that lead nowhere are deleted after 12 months at most. Records needed for bookkeeping are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and object to how we use them. Email us and we will reply. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
